Q: Comcast email gone after update

I did the latest update on both my Iphone 6 and Ipad. When I went to check my mail on the Iphone, all my Comcast email was gone! I checked on the Ipad and it was still there. I pulled up the settings on both of them and it showed up identical. Any ideas?

Have you tried re-adding the email in? Follow the steps in the link and should be all set. I hope it works for you.

What's strange is that after the update, it switched to an IMAP account, when it was set up as a POP account. Yes, I can add it in again as another email, but then when it loads, it's a different format and I have 7 year old emails popping up!
