Constant sharingd Keychain Password Requests

Since updating to Yosemite, I've been getting bombarded with requests for keychain passwords by something called sharingd. I've tried turning off screen/file sharing in system preferences thinking it was related to that with no luck. Keychain First Aid didn't find any problems when I ran the verify. I've tried leaving my keychain unlocked which didn't help either.

Appreciate the help,

What is the exact error message that you are getting? Can you post in here a screenshot?

In my view, I should never get prompted for a password during normal operation on a home desktop. Things like viewing a keychain password or installing software are of course expected. So after fixing the sharingd by disabling handoff, now I see more sparse requests by AppleIDAuthAgent. It consistently comes up on waking from sleep I've noticed, but not too often after that. I'm thinking about starting over from scratch on the keychain and being more careful about what system services I set it up with.
