My iPhone is from japan and i cant use here in the philippines. What will i do without wasting money?

Nothing. Phones from Japan cannot be unlocked, so it wouldn't be usable with a Philippines SIM card. Not all iPhones use the same size SIM. It wouldn't matter even if your carrier had the correct size SIM, it won't work.
