Blank display iphone 6 plus after battery runs out.

Okay so i have been using Iphones from a long time. I know how an iphone is suppose to funtion. My 6plus has been weird since day one. This is the second time i noticed this happening since i bought my iphone 2 months back. We all know that the iphone shows the "connect to charger/screen" when you hold the power button once the iphone is out of battery but my iphone doesnt show that screen. It just goes blank and when i press the power button, The backlight of the iphone lights up so its like a black glowing screen for 2 seconds and it goes blank again. Yes the iphone shows the charging screen once i connect it to a charger. But why doesnt it display "connect to power" screen once the battery is out. Will apple replace my iphone. Other than this my iphone works great without any other problems. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
