Activate of my IPhone

Greetings Gents

In the last few weeks while I was in UAE I purchase new Apple IPhone 4 which is renewal and not brand new phone

And now I back to Saudi Arabia and want to use the phone but I was shocked that the phone is locked in the I Cloud and required the I Cloud user name and Password to open the phone

I contact the sealer and he informed me that he lost this information and he don’t remember the I cloud account and the Password

So could you please help me to activity my IPhone , its new and I can send you all the information about it
