Permissions problem

I had occasion to run 'Repair permissions' recently, and all went well except that I received this message: 'Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.'

Is this serious? If so, what can I do about it?
