Q: iphone 5c: to update or not update ios8.1.3

i have heard that doing it through itunes on my pc will use less memory but how much less? And would it still be recommended that i do not update from now on?

do you know how much memory it will use to update to ios 8.1.3 from 8.1.1?

if it take all my available memory then i would consider this to be not recommended but i dont really know

My available storage actually increased by 0.2GB!

My used storage decreased by 0.2gb

it is not finding any other bluetooth devices whereas my samsung phone does

hardly normal, my iphone doesn't recognise my pc through bluetooth either whereas the samsung does.

Apple support just told me that IOS devices can only see other IOS devices

Apple say the bluetooth will only pair with iOS devices for data transmission and non iOS devices for communications ie headsets and car audio etc. They go on to say iPhone isnt able to connect natively to a pc or other device for data transmission due to difference in operating system.
