Q: iphone 5c: to update or not update ios8.1.3
I bought iphone 5c(8gb & ios8.1.1) today, there is 4.3gb available. I have notification to update to ios 8.1.3. Should i not because of my limited memory?

Just do it. There is no way that the difference between 8.1.1 and 8.1.3 is going to have any significant impact on the memory used for the iOS, if at all. It is only a minor upgrade.
