how to take out photos from locked iPod touch

hello. i have a iPod touch 4 that is disabled and i can't acess it. the home button does not work and all i need are the photos in it. any idea on how i can get them even though it it disabled. when i connect it to iTunes it say that i must enter in the password but i can't.

If they are not in a backup you can restore that iPod or another iOS device from then place the iPod in Recovery mode using the instructions in this previous discussion

Turn on without Home/Power Button
