When you had the disk in the Mac mini and installed Windows, the GPU driver was the one used by the MacMini. If you put the disk in the MBP, it has a different GPU, hence you are getting a black screen. If possible, can you put the disk in the Mini and test if it still works? If it does, uninstall the GPU driver, install the GPU driver which is compatible with the Macbook Pro, and then move the disk.

With the HDD installed on the Mini, switch the display driver to a Generic VGA driver.

Move the HDD to MBP, and install Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5621 after the drive is installed and test.

    These drivers support

On the Mini, you only have the Intel HD4K, while the MBP has an Intel HD3K and AMD GPU. This is an expected error message, because the Mac will hide the Intel HD3K GPU on MBPs (dual GPU machines) due to lack of Windows support. You should install a Generic VGA driver and use that for the Intel HD4K on your Mini and test. Once it is functional, move it to the MBP, which will support the Generic VGA driver. Once Windows is up on the MBP, then you can install/repair the BC drivers as necessary.

With "Generic VGA driver" maybe mean ¨Standard VGA driver" and how i can install this driver?

Can i download and install the Intel HD3K driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ on the Mini before move it to the MBP?

Yes, it could also be called Standard VGA driver. Your Windows installer media should have it. The other option is to install the AMD driver when the disk is on the Mac mini, if you see the AMD adapter in Device Manager.
