I phone 6 volume low. cannot hear conversation clearly

I cannot hear the person I am talking to as the volume if too low and suggestions please.

iPhone 6, iOS 6.1.6

I understand that you are having difficulties hearing someone on your phone. Here are a couple of article that should help you troubleshoot this issue.


If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone - Apple Support


If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
