icloud photos beta not responding on pc
Whenever I try to open Photos in icloud beta on my windows PC I get a notice NOT RESPONDING and to reload or send Apple Report.
I have reported this numerous times but nothing has changed.

Could you please tell us which version of Windows you are using?
Do you mean the programm iCloud for Windows (beta) or the the folder were the Photos from iCloud are stored?
Does Photos from iCloud for Windows (beta) or the folder not respond immediatly or after some time it tried to load the content?
Reports only send various informations to Apple so that they can work on a solution. Problems will be fixed (if possible) with updates of the software. Please also check if windows firewall, windows defender or other (security) programms are in the way.
