Feb 15, 2015 9:44 PM in response to Rafael JPby gail from maine,The only way to remove photos sync'd from a computer is the same way - by syncing.
Alternatively, you can erase your device and restore it from a backup you made prior to syncing the photos, or you can simply erase it and set it up as new.

Feb 15, 2015 10:10 PM in response to Rafael JPby Tempy lyra,Log into iCloud.com on the pc. Check that you have synced them. If not get an iCloud account sync them. Then check online that they are there thenyou can update it. Other options get a drop box account and just upload them over wifi!

Feb 15, 2015 10:28 PM in response to Rafael JPby gail from maine,OK, so see if you can save them to your Camera Roll, or see if you can put them on a Shared Photo Stream (do you have iCloud and Shared Photo Stream enabled on your device)?
If you can save them to the Camera Roll (open Album, click on Edit or Select to select photos, click on the "share" button (the little box with the arrow), and see if Camera Roll is available), you can then import them to your computer by following the instructions in this link:
If you can put them in a Shared Photo Stream, then you will have that available via iCloud:
