Folder has disappeared on iPhone, but Apps can be found by Spotlight?

I had a folder that I store a bunch of apps in (i.e. Yelp, Uber, etc...) and the folder itself has disappeared. However, if I search for the app using spotlight I can find and launch the actual app so it is clearly still installed. It seems to be invisible though? I have heard of a glitch where you can hide a folder, but I can't find any information on how to unhide a folder?

Help!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2
