Q: icloud drive missing folders

I have migrated across to icloud drive for all my docs (inc photos, music, document folders etc), however recently when I open the icloud folder only pages & keynote are visible. At this point I don't know where any of my documents are stored.

When I log onto icloud drive via the web the folders are visible but no contents inside.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

    Hello james_atkins,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you do not see all your files in iCloud drive. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Get help using iCloud Drive - Apple Support

What if I don't see all my files at iCloud.com?

Any documents that you've already stored in iCloud are automatically moved to iCloud Drive when you upgrade. iCloud.com will display these files in the new iCloud Drive app in addition to the iWork apps (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote) that you're used to seeing.

If you don’t see your files in the iWork apps or in iCloud Drive, then make sure that you set up iCloud Drive on all of your devices.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

    Have a nice day,

    Mario
