Dead link for a solution to an old Logic Pro problem.

Hi,

I have a problem with Logic Pro 8 not quitting. If I forget to force quit, my Macbook Pro gets insanely hot.

Many forums and blogs suggest this link:

People will write something along the lines of 'perfect, totally fixed my problem' underneath the suggestion.

Unfortunately think the link is dead, as Apple redirects me to their support landing page.

Any idea what information was there or how I can access it?

I think it will be something about ProKit.framework

I'm running Snow Leopard and Logic Pro 8 as several plugins depend upon my old school set up and I can't afford to jeopardise them with an OS upgrade!
