Please help, I cannot boot 10.2 anymore after booting in classic, get a flashing question mark.

I have a G4 with os 10.2 that was booting fine, I tried to boot it up in classic 9.2.2 mode to run an old program we use and upon startup I get the Floppy disk with flashing ?. I tried to hold option upon booting but it shows the 9.2.2 mac HD as my only option. Thank you for any help!
