Q: ipod touch locked and unflashable

hi

i recently bought an ipod touch 4g for my wife but it was locked!

so try to flash it several time with itunes but without success

i verified that i have desactivate AV an Firewall

that itunes could access it's servers

but each time it fail after the extraction when it contact apple servers for validation (generally ERROR 3014 sometimes ERROR 11)

so i tried old revisions 4.2.1  /  4.3.3  /  5.1.1 (and of course 6.1.6)

i've tied all in recovery mode and DFU mode

please help !
