You can, however, setup Do Not Disturb for certain time periods during the day. See here:

That's what I feared.
Well - I've submitted a feature enhancement request.
Hopefully Apple will implement it in the future - thou I'm not holding my breath.
The really crappy part is, I know it's possible if I were to jailbreak my iPhone (I had the feature on my iPhone 3G through 5 (I had every iPhone, at one time or another) which worked great), but I don't want to jailbreak my 6 Plus, since I don't really need any other features, than the stock options - except for this, of course, and jailbreaking gives a bunch of other performance problems, usually.
