Q: I have new Numbers and have lost all my data!

I have downloaded the latest Numbers but now can't open Numbers '08 as it is too old. It says to save it as Numbers '09 but how do I do this?

MacBook, OS X Yosemite (10.10), Safari 7.0

Phew, I have found Numbers '08 in the iWork'08 folder on my Hard Drive. I have made a new alias in the Dock so can still use it. I will start using the new Numbers at the start of my new financial year; the devil l know is pretty hellish but I can work with him till then.

    Hi Ewan,

You can easily find 30 day trial versions of Numbers '09 that will update your files to ones that # will read. If you do a lot of printing you may want to spend the $20 to buy it.
