I am a newbie. I play spades and hearts on my iPad, however can I play it on my desktop Windows 8? I downloaded iTunes, but I cannot open any games.

Correct, Apps that can be used on an iPad can not be played on a computer. You may find versions that are compatible with the computer, but they won't be available on iTunes.

ALl I want is help so I can play with my bejeweled Facebook game....I have downloaded this game and know I can even get my frIend back on my iPad. I am very disappointed that I have not received my problem why and I can't get my friend back on my as friends.
