Hi , i have a iphone 5 that the home and sleep button do not work and i can only access facetime and newstand, and cant access anything else. i need to access the settings number 1 and other apps. hope you guys can help.🙂

What happens when you try and access these other apps? If you cannot access native IOS apps, you probably need to do a restore.
Thanks but I tried restoring many times but same thing. Is there a software issue or something else.
It has a clean esn, with a my icloud account on it and I forgot my email and password, so I bypassed it and that's whats happening.
What do you mean that you bypassed your email and password? I'm afraid you are not telling the entire story here. It is impossible to help if you do not tell the whole story. What exactly is going on here? What have you done with the device, everything, so we can try and troubleshoot the problem.
