my iTunes account is disabled for security reasons but i am trying to un-disable my iPad for having forgotten my password on there. i reset my password on my account and can log into it on apple.com but the same message appears when i try to log into my iTunes account. how to able my account again?

my stepson has an ipad 2 that hes managed to disable and he dont no the details to his email that he signed up with or the memorable info ive tried to reset it and still says the same
