Could You Set iTunes 12 to Back Up To the Cloud and Your Mac with One Click (Sync Button)

Hi. If there's a setting. The current default setting if you opted for backing to iCloud by clicking sync is you still have to click the manual sync button to back it up also to your Mac but could you set iTunes 12 to back up both to iCloud and on the Mac at the same time with the Sync button?
