iTunes match songs are greyed out every time I open iTunes

I'm on an HP Envy Rove, bought it maybe 2 weeks ago. I installed itunes and authorized the computer and added itunes match, which I've had for 2 years with no problem. Now every time I open itunes all of my songs are greyed out. Also if I leave it running in the background without music playing and come back to it all of the songs are grey again. I've reinstalled, reauthorized, and readded match and nothing is working. This is in no way a DRM issue, so please don't point to that as in other posts.
