I Got my iPad air2 changed twice due to serious battery issue. Even now the problem is not solved. Battery lasts only 4 hrs with normal use. Lost 2% typing this small message. I have iPad 2 which is nearly 4 years old now and it still lasts me over 7 hrs.
Vbwd ery product from Apple. Feed up with this. Paid a big amount to get 128GB version, but very disappointed.
any solutions?

Poke around in your settings. Such as the notification center. You may find a ton of apps defaulted to being in the notification center that you may not need. And not only in the notification center but also go into the settings, scroll down to each app's individual settings to explore it's notification and and privacy settings.
Also look to background app update and background app refresh. They can run in the background and drain your battery and not even realize it.
Also shut down apps that you don't need. Double tap the home button, you'll see preview screens for the running apps on the screen. Scroll sideways to bring them up and flick the previews for any app you don't need up and off the screen to close it.
I Have 3 iPads And using it since the iPad 1. Even compared to first ipas which is nearly 5 years old, the battery life is 50% less. It's due to very poor product from Apple: iPad air2 is the worst iPad ever.
