Q: Outlook account  not working on this computer only.

Hello

Someone brought to me a mac air because her outlook account is not working.

her account works in her phone, I did try in my computer and it works, and it basically works everywhere, but in this computer.

her husband works at the same place and his account works no problem in this computer.

I tried both outlook, and mail.

would someone be able to point me in the right direction to look for the problem.
