Hello jeetiwaraich,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are receiving an error when connecting to the iTunes Store. The following resource provides some information about error 39:

iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting - Apple Support

http://support.apple.com/en-us/TS3297

"Error 39"

This can be caused by outdated iTunes software or web accelerators.

To resolve, download the latest version of iTunes for Windows at apple.com/itunes/download/

If already on the latest version, look at disabling or uninstalling any web accelerator software and restarting.

Cheers,

Matt M.
