i cant send SMS or use 3G, but i can recieve SMS and make calls. (iphone5s)
What is the problem and how do i fix it, it is a phone problem and not a signal problam

Did you check if your SIM is set up to send SMS? Depending on the provider you'll have to activate SMS Messaging on your phone in Settings/Phone
