Q: can't log in to FaceTime

FaceTime does not recognize my apple ID, and the time is set correctly. Any ideas of what to do?

Hi bridgebuilder,

It seems you are unable to access FaceTime on your Mac using your Apple ID. I have linked to an article which offers troubleshooting steps that may help:
