In general settings my Restrictions i dont know passcode. How do i retrieve it?

You don't. you will have to restore your phone using iTunes and set it up as New. You cannot restore your backup, because the Restrictions passcode is included in the backup.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

The Restrictions passcode is not the same as your AppleID password.
Yes i know. I dont know what the passcode is. In order to erase content and settings it asks for same passcode
Find a computer, log in to iCloud,.com with your AppleID & Password (you do know those, correct?) and erase the iphone.
Then you can set up as new.
