Feb 18, 2015 1:08 PM in response to brenden dvby sbcatania,I tried all of the steps on the articles. None seemed to do anything. Also, it wont restart the normal way as I can't see the screen. I have been holding down the sleep/wake button to turn it on and off for long periods of time hoping something happens. Any other suggestions? I dont want to reset the ipad because I have tons of data on there.

Feb 18, 2015 1:21 PM in response to sbcataniaby sbcatania,Also, I tried to back it up to my computer but it didn't work because I would need to enter the password on the ipad and I can not since the screen does not show any pixels or make any sound when I touch it in any spots. When I plug it into the computer it shows up in itunes, but the screen backlight does not light up. This is the same when I charge it in a wall. The only way I can get the screen to light up is to press the home or sleep/wake button.
