Please help,

I did a test with Apple Hardware test, also checked health of SSD and HDD, all is ok.

Boot into Safe Mode and see if that fixes it. If it does, then uninstall Parallels. If it does not then create a new admin user account. Restart and log into the new account. Does this fix the problem?

/Library/LaunchAgents/com.parallels.vm.prl_pcpoxy.plist, error = 2

Right now had second screen of death, deleted Parallels Desktop, will monitor. It happens after fresh installing MAC OS X Yosemite.

If you erase the drive then install Yosemite and restart, and then it panics, I would bet on a hardware problem such as memory.

That type of panic seems to be caused in some cases by starting up an older Mac from a third-party SSD. Check the SSD manufacturer's website for a firmware update.

It can also be caused by faulty or incompatible memory, or sometimes (perhaps) by a malfunctioning peripheral. It's not caused by software.

I have installed Samsung SSD 500GB EVO, and installed fresh Mac OS X on it, but I did not replace HDD with SSD, HDD is on its native place, I formatted HDD with old Mac OS X now, because new Mac OS X tried to update apps from old MAC OS X. I did a memory check, no errors.

An iMac doesn't have any hard drive expansion port. How is all of this hooked up? Please be specific.

The iMac is not internally upgradable, aside from memory in some models. Your hardware configuration is unsupported and you're on your own as far as the results are concerned. Good luck.

It certainly must be internally upgradeable. He upgraded it. If you wish to be right then the correct statement is that it is not user-upgradeable except for memory. Hopefully, you can see the difference.

I think OWC (http://macsales.com) in the US has a similar program. Unfortunately, all bets are off if you hack up your machine. They simply aren't designed to be hacked up like that. It's not a PC.
