the option is not displayed to share internet

I changed my phone, now I have iphone 5, but I have the option to share internet

As can be solved, help

sorry, i wrote wrong, my problem is: my iphone 5, ios 8.1.3 don't appear the option "share internet"

how can i resolve this problem?

Have you contacted your carrier to make sure they support the feature and that it is enabled on your account? Then, go to Settings>Cellular and turn it on. Only then will it appear on the main settings screen.

You need to contact VIVA and get your phone provisioned for the Personal Hotspot.
