Q: app store payment

hi all , I got an email invoice from itune store(stores567@site77.w3h.co.uk) for £69.99 for Tom tom Europe,I was not aware of this download and checked all my i devices but did not download it anywhere. There is a link for cancellation and it opens up a form with all detail including bank card and pin details. I suspect it might be a spam . Kindly could someone advice on this. Thanks
