Same error but with brand new media files purchased from iTunes Store

I am running Windows 7 (Home Premium Version 6.1 Build 7601 Service Pack 1) with iTunes 12.1.0.71 64-bit and the latest QuickTime Player 7.7.6 (1680.95.31) . I just purchased Game of Thrones Season 4 yesterday and am getting this same error (This movie requires QuickTime...). Nor can I play the files using Quicktime. I get an error 23132 there. Any idea how to resolve?
