I was clearing out my MBP and saw these and I though it was just a extra file that comes with something you download
I accidentally deleted these, was i suppose to? and is there a way to get them back if i need them? also what do they do?

Probably shouldn't have gotten rid of them (only get rid of things where you know what they do). Do a web search for some of the file names. They seem to be part of a framework in programming. I don't know how essential they are. It may be like tossing the jack and tire iron kit out of the car. You may not notice it until a specific situation calls for it. A re-install of iTunes may put them back but I am not sure where the coding lies (probably in iTunes if that's where they are used).
Was I suppose to delete these?
