Why is Imitation Game not avaiable on itunes? When wil it be?

1. Because the copyright holder hasn't given Apple permission to put it there at this time.

2. Nobody on these boards will know when or if it will appear on the iTunes Store.

It is on iTunes. Its only up for Pre-Order at this time though.

Its up to the Media Rights holders are he ones that determine availability, and only they can tell you when it will be available.
