Q: Why do I get an Error 7 when trying to install iTunes 12?

iTunes 11 worked great; however, when I try to install iTunes 12, I get an error message that states that Apple Mobile has not started correctly.

Dell N5030 laptop, Windows 7

Hi Linda,

If you are having an issue with installing iTunes on your Windows computer, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
