MacBook Air and FaceTime Problems

Hey guys, I recently had my whole display on my MBA fixed. It works great and there aren't any problems with the display. I recently have been trying to FaceTime my peers and all of my calls are failing. I am trying to FaceTime my friends on their iPhones and the calls still fail. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what is happening and how I can get it fixed?

P.S. I have signed out of FaceTime restarted my computer, I also tried a factory reset and all my calls still fail.
