Feb 18, 2015 12:12 PM in response to ChrisBorregoby neetsie,I was able to go to iCloud and delete the backup and app. However, when I attempted to install a new Southwest App, the app was "available" without necessitating a download. Obviously, the app is still in the cloud.

I have not ran into this problem before so I might not be as much help as you are looking for. If the problem still prevails I suggest taking it to apple and asking them about a solution. Remember to back-up your phone or apple device before you go!
