hello! Ive got ipod shuffle (4th gen) and here is my problem - computers cannot recognize my device. I checked it on few ones and when i connect it to the usb port, ipod is charging. Windows 8 and itunes doesnt recognize it. Iu used to work fine for me for quite long time, but now i cannnot do anything. Ive tried every tasks from apple support and it still doesnt work. please help. thank you
