How to backup and restore ONLY photos on iPhone and nothing else?

Hi, I have an iPhone 6.

My instagram account got disabled for no reason, and rather than waiting for them to respond to my email, I have decided to take matters into my own hands. I have read that by restoring your phone to default/factory settings, you will be able to get rid of the error message that your "account has been disabled". (By the way, it is just my device that cannot access my account. If I log into my instagram account on my mom's phone, it works; just not my phone).

I hate when Instagram do that. I been in your shoes. You would need to restore your iPhone as a new phone to use Instagram with your iPhone 6 once again

So, I decided to backup my data using the iCloud backup option, and upon restoring my phone (again) all of my pictures were restored. But, when I tried to relog into instagram, it didn't work... So therefore the "bad stuff" (coding on my phone which instagram has modified to not allow me to log in) was brought in again to my phone...

Is because Instagram blocked that phone, so the backup have the block so you cannot restore from back... you must restore as a new iphone

Is there any way to restore my photos without anything else at all? Would dropbox work?? I would love to have the dates and everything back in order correctly as well...! Please help, thanks

1. You can use 3rd party apps such as dropbox, box.net, sugarsync, or Googledrive and back up your photos
2. Or transfer all your photos from iPhone to your computer>restore iPhone as brand new iPhone>then transfer photos back

You can try importing the pics to your computer Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support and then sync them back to your phone using iTunes iTunes: Syncing photos - Apple Support

Airdropping = yes

box.net = yes (you can select multiple pictures and video to transfer over)

image capture = yes (is the fastest) ... because you have 600+... I would use this method
