Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you have multiple Apple products and would like to sync your data across all of them. You mentioned using iCloud; I would suggest this services as well. There are a couple of great articles I would suggest reading over to understand what services your Apple ID uses and how to use iCloud and your Apple ID to see your content across all of your Apple products.

Have a great day,

Feb 20, 2015 10:56 AM in response to joe_7399by jpg178,Thanks I have read these articiles and they don't help what I want to do. I think it you just want information shared with you and your devices only, this may work but when you have different users at the different devices this is a nightmare.
I have tried setting up the family sharing and it does not work very well.
Thanks

Feb 20, 2015 11:03 AM in response to Csound1by jpg178,this may work great until you own two iPhones in the same family and want to share certain info and apps. But after that I'm finding it a nightmare and not sure why one phone rings on my iPad but not my computer.... and why apple apps will share with one computer and not my iPhone or iPad. Guess the best thing is shut it all off and syc nothing except through an email... or just trash the whole bunch and go back to windows LOL:). Just started having all these issues once I upgraded to the latest ox 10.10.2 system. Thanks for your comments
