Blackberry Q10 stops syncing with icloud contacts

We have a BB Q10 on Verizon and although I am able to add my icloud acct to the device to access email, contacts and calendar, contacts stops synching after a few days consistently. I have removed the icloud account and added again but it stops synching after a few days. More specifically, I have 654 contacts. After a few days, it will only show me 30 or 40 contacts. No rhyme, no reason. Please help.

From your post I see that you're trying to get the iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendars to function on your Blackberry Q10. In order to use all of these features on a mobile device, the device itself needs to fit the requirements below.


To use iCloud, you need at least iOS 5 on iPhone 3GS, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPad, or iPad mini; or at least OS X Lion v10.7.5 on a Mac.
