Other than the Find My iPhone and Find My Mac apps, there is no other Apple service that finds, tracks, or otherwise flags your device for you.

Sorry, but the only way to find your phone would be if "Find my iPhone" has been activated prior to your loss and if the phone is still connected to a data network.

Apple will not search the phone for you, if "Find my iPhone" is not active, contact your carrier to block the phone.
