How do I change the ID and password on my AirPort Base?

I have plugged in my AirPort base and getting excellent wifi signal.

However I wish to change the ID and create a password for this, does anyone know how I do this? I believe there is an app I need to download? I do not have access to a computer, only an iPhone or Samsung mobile.
