Recovering User Files

So I deleted my main account accidentally. (Was supposed to delete another account.) So I found out it's transfered to a deleted users folder in /Users. So I unlock it and look inside and there's nothing. I need help on recovering that folder! (Also, I don't have a backup coz Time Machine is being crap at me.)
