I'm in reboot limbo!!

My 5c has suddenly decided to begin a regular reboot schedule, often several times a day, often in the middle of a call or in an app. Sometimes it simply shuts down, and takes up to a minute of holding the "on" button to get it to fire up...

Am I screwed?

The phone permanently locked up in restore mode after five attempts to restore factory reset on five separate computers. Errors 9 and 14 came up in every instance, the phone ultimately locking up and will not respond to a link to any computer or charging device. The phone is now a toilet float counterweight and I have purchased a Droid.

Thanks for so much absolutely nothing, Apple.
