Sound problem

My Moblie phone is iPhone4S by below

Serial No.: 85*****a4t

Model: MC605B/A

Unfortunately receiving call and calling beep and hearing others in the iphone is not clear and is very noisy.

As I am Salamat Ali from Dubai UAE. tried to find Apple store but they don't accept to repair the problem.

Please guid me how can I have apple service here.
